Funeral services for Rebecca Willmore Brown, 93, of the Flynn's Lick community of Jackson County, TN, will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, March 31, 2017, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M., and on Friday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at NHC Healthcare in Cookeville, TN. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Flynn's Creek Church of Christ, and retired from Heavy Duty Manufacturing after 28 years. She was born January 16, 1924, to the late Benton McMillan and Exie Clark Willmore. On December 23, 1948, she married Billie Brown, who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by 5 Brothers: Jim, Edward, Raymond, Benton Jr., and Ensley Willmore; and 3 Sisters: Ruth Hawkins, Catherine Burris, and Louise Butler. She is survived by 1 Daughter: Susan (George) Dudney of Cookeville, TN; 1 Grandson: Brian (Holly) Dudney of Cookeville, TN; 1 Granddaughter: Allison Dudney of Cookeville, TN; 2 Great Grandchildren: Garrett and Ella Dudney; 1 Brother: Sam (Robbie) Willmore of Chattanooga, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.
