Reba Jean Barlow

Funeral services for Mrs. Reba Jean Barlow, 61, of Hilham, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in the New Hope community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. She was born December 6, 1950, in Overton County, TN, to the late James Clyde Gore and Gladys Ray Dishman Gore. On September 29, 1972, she was married to Bruce Barlow, who survives. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Anthony Bruce "Amp" Barlow; and 2 Brothers: Dennis Carl Gore and James Ray Gore. Survivors include her Husband: Bruce Barlow of Hilham, TN; 1 Son: Matthew (Kelly) Barlow of Livingston, TN; 2 Daughters: Denise Scott of Hilham, TN, and her fianc, Carl Fox, and Lora (Greg) Smith of Hilham, TN; 9 Grandchildren: Daylan Smith, Brayden Smith, Kaitlyn Smith, Ethan Barlow, Evan Barlow, Ellex Barlow, Lillian Barlow, Noah Barlow, and Jacob Hawkins; 2 Brothers: Donald Keith (Vicky) Gore and Clifford Dewayne (Ranee) Gore, all of Hilham, TN; and 1 Sister - in - law: Gail Gore of Hilham, TN. Jason Barlow will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Barlow family by contacting the funeral home.
