Randy Roland

Randy Winston Roland was born November 24, 1945, in Fayetteville, TN and he passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the age of 79.

Randy was the son of Curtis Cullum Roland and Della Wilma Posey Roland. He worked as a Hi Lo Driver for Ford Motor Company .  He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.  On December 10, 1965 he married Beverly Jean Haggitt.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: Curtis Wayne Roland; and sisters: Barbara Parker and Fredia Hager.

Survivors include his spouse: Beverly Roland of Bloomington Springs; sons: Randy (Sandy) Roland of Cookeville and Dennis (Lori) Roland of Georgetown, KY; sister: Judy Hill of Flat Rock, MI; grandchildren: Katie (Kumunti) Jordan, Halee (Drake) Smith and Justice Roland; great grandchildren: Kai Jordan and Steele Smith.  Numerous other family members and friends also survive.

Visitation will be on Sunday,  March 2, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 2 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. John Roland officiating. Burial will follow  in the Curry's Chapel Cemetery.
