Randy Maberry

Randy Maberry was born May 18, 1947 in Jackson County, TN and he passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at his residence in Cookeville, TN at the age of 75.

He was the son of the late Lannie Moore Maberry and Hassie Sue Young Maberry. On September 17, 1966, he was married to Ellen Brewington Maberry, who survives. He was a successful businessman, owning and operating several restaurants throughout his career. He was a member of the Dodson Branch Freewill Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Daughter: Jo Ellen Maberry.

Survivors include his Wife: Ellen Brewington Maberry of Cookeville, TN; Daughter: Carrie Lea Gentry of Cookeville, TN; Brother: Ralph (Janice) Maberry of Cookeville, TN; Sister: Lana Sue (Jerry) Maberry of Cookeville, TN; and Grandchildren: Hannah Gentry and her partner, Henry Trubee, Noah Gentry, and Caleb Gentry, all of Cookeville, TN.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 12 Noon in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, with Bro. Ronnie Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in the West Cemetery in Cookeville, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of services.
