Funeral services for Randall Winningham, 40, of Whitleyville, TN, will be held at 7 P.M. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 P.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017, in Birmingham, Alabama. He was born December 18, 1976 in Orange County, Florida, to James Winningham and Carolyn Carter. On August 19, 2006, he was married to Dawn Marie Winningham, who survives. He was a truck driver. Survivors include His Wife: Dawn Marie Winningham of Whitleyville, TN; 2 Sons: Austin Winningham and Phillip Carpenter; 2 Daughters: Crystal Carpenter and Kelsi Carpenter; His Father: James Winningham; His Mother: Carolyn Carter; 1 Brother: Jimmy Winningham of Cookeville, TN; and 1 Sister: Angela Hughes of Sparta, TN; and 1 Expected Grandchild.
