Phillip Lee Flatt was born February 21, 1964 in Cookeville TN and he passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at NHC Healthcare in Cookeville at the age of 60.
He was the son of Barbara June Martin Flatt. He worked in a machine shop.
Preceded in death by his mother and brother, Tracy Woodruff.
Survivors include his sisters, Georgia Elaine Stafford and Brenda Kay Stafford both of Cookeville, step daughter, Kyra Davidson; friend, Steve Taylor of Cookeville, nephew, Shawn Woodruff and niece, Autum Woodruff.
Cremation was chosen and no services planned at this time.
