Peggy Gailbreath Sircy

Funeral services for Peggy Elaine Gailbreath Sircy, 60, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at the Gainesboro First United Methodist Church in Gainesboro, TN. Her cousin, Bro. Mike Brown, of Dallas, TX, will officiate. Following the service, burial will be in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery, in the Stone community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 P.M. - 9 P.M., and at the church on Wednesday from 9 A.M. - 11 A.M. Peggy passed away Monday morning, March 15, 2010, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born July 29, 1949, in Jackson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Ward "Bub" Gailbreath and Lucille Bowman Gailbreath, as well as her sister, Betty Gailbreath Moore. Peggy is survived by her older son, Tony Sircy of Gainesboro, her daughter, Angel Sircy of Cookeville, and her younger son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Crystal Sircy of Gainesboro. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jessica and Kyle Wylie, Kent Mathis, and Destiny, Max, and Drake Sircy; her great-grandson, Jonathan Ledbetter; and her aunt Joy Gailbreath Brown of Gainesboro. Previously, Peggy was the owner of Permanently Peggy's hair salon and with her sister, Betty, co-owner of the Gailbreath Inn Bed & Breakfast and Catering and The Picket Fence antique mall. She was a lifelong member of Gainesboro First United Methodist Church.
