Paul Savage

Funeral services for Mr. Paul Savage, 87, of Madison, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, September 27, 2008, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Granville Cemetery in Granville, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Savage passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at Lakeshore Heartland in Donelson, TN. He was born July 5, 1921, in Moss, TN, to the late John B. and Dora Arms Savage. On May 6, 1942, he was married to the late Guyla Savage, who passed away August 31, 2008. He was a barber and minister, and a member of the Liberty Church of Christ. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by 3 Sisters and 4 Brothers. Survivors include 2 Sons: James C. (Diane) Savage of Mayfield, KY, and John T. (Teresa) Savage of Louisville, KY; 3 Daughters: Gloria (Dennis) Ford of Old Hickory, TN, Lois (Dan) Collins of Smyrna, TN, and Rachael (Marvin) Walker of Knoxville, TN; 13 Grandchildren; and 14 Great- Grandchildren. Bro. David East will officiate at the services.
