Paul Huff

Paul Dwight Huff was born August 30, 1942, in Akron, Ohio and he passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 81.

He was the son of William Owen Huff and Anna Ruth Stout Huff. Paul proudly served in the Unites States Army.  He was married to Mattie Frances Cassetty on August 18, 2007 for a total of 16 years.

Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ann Melton.

Survivors include his wife, Mattie Frances Cassetty of Whitleyville, TN; son: Jason Huff of Goodlettsville, TN; daughter: Kim Warnke of Hendersonville, TN; sisters: Ginger Huff (Thomas Andrew) Grillo of Hartwell, GA; grandchildren: Ben Huff, Chelsea Huff, and Alex Warnke; nephews:  Michael Davis, Bradley Davis, Todd Melton and niece: Lori Hollinsworth.

Visitation will be on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 4-8 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Visitation will be held again on Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 1 pm to 2 pm at the Granville United Methodist Church with funeral services immediately following at 2 pm with Bro. Danny Huffines officiating. Burial will follow at the Granville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Friends of Jackson County Animals by contacting the funeral home.
