Patty Jo Barlow

Patty Jo Apple Barlow was born May 10, 1940 in Jackson County, TN and she passed away at her residence in Lebanon on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the age of 80. She was the daughter of Homer and Daris Ragland Apple. Mrs. Barlow was retired from Summit Medical Center working in the medical records department. she was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lebanon. Preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Jane Apple Barlow who passed away in 1965. Survivors include her son, Tim (Teresa) Barlow of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Lucinda Barlow of Lebanon; brothers, Ted Apple of Antioch, TN, Jimmie Apple of Gainesboro and Ray Apple of Lexington, KY; sister, Peggy Mackie of Cookeville; grandchildren, Joel and Sarah Beth. Visitation will be on Friday, February 26, 2021 beginning at 11 am until 2 pm. Funeral services will begin at 2 pm in the Chapel with Bro. Jackie Wheeler officiating.
