Patsy Ann Mahaney

Patsy Ann Mahaney, 62, of Gainesboro, TN, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. The family will hold a private graveside service at the Mahaney Family Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Monday from 3 P.M. - 8 P.M. She was born May 8, 1952, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Ernest Mahaney and Effie Jones Mahaney. She was an elementary education teacher, and taught for 39 years in the Jackson County School System. She was a member of the Flynns Creek Church of Christ. Survivors include 2 Brothers: Bill Mahaney of Livingston, TN, and Paul Mahaney of Ashland City, TN; and 3 Sisters: Jo Helen White of Nashville, TN, Betty Sue (Kenneth) Bryant of Orlando, FL, and Peggy Mahaney of Cookeville, TN.
