Patricia Swezea Stone

Patricia Swezea Stone was born May 8, 1948, in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 76.

She was the daughter of Beaman Dow Swezea and Georgia Golden Jenkins Swezea.  She was a housewife and a resident of the Whitleyville community.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Jimmy Stone who died March 1, 2015, and brother, Jimmie Swezea.

Survivors include her son, J.B. (Nicki) Stone of Whitleyville; daughters, Kim (Scott) Howard and Karla (Bobby) Jenkins both of Whitleyville; sister-in-law, Jackie Stone of Whitleyville, dear lifelong friend Linda Cherry; grandchildren, Courtney (Lance) Hargis, Joseph (Tamala) Scantland, Anthony Scantland, Madison Stone, Makynli Stone, Marissa Stone, Lukas Jenkins and Kara Beth Jenkins; 6 great grandchildren along with other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be on Saturday, August 10, 2024, 4 pm to 8 pm in the chapel at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.   Graveside services and interment will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024, beginning at 1 pm at Cubb Creek Cemetery with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating.
