Pat J. Forkum

Pat J. Forkum was born April 6, 1943 in Detroit, MI and she passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at her residence in Gainesboro at the age of 78. Pat was the daughter of Jonah and Edna Jackson Roberts. She was an administrative assistant for University of Tennessee Extension Service for 33 years and also a State Farm Insurance Agent. She was a member of the Gainesboro First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Bobby Roberts and sister-in-law, Betty Roberts. Pat is survived by two daughters, Patty (Lee) Kuykendall of Jemison, AL and Leslie Clark of Gainesboro; grandchildren, Cynthia (Casey) Head, Ricky (Rebecka) Head, Lucas (Angel) Kuykendall and Erica Kuykendall great-grandchildren, Braxston Bean, Leon Kuykendall, Kyler Head and Jaxson Head. Other relatives and many friends also survive. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021 at 2 pm at the Gainesboro First United Methodist Church with Rev. Tim Dunavant officiating. Pat's wishes were to be cremated. Memorial donations may be made to the Gainesboro First United Methodist Church or Jackson County 4-H Clubs by contacting the funeral home.
