Odus P. Spivey

Funeral services for Mr. Odus P. Spivey, 82, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Old Antioch Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Spivey passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2007, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He was born June 22, 1924, in Jackson County, TN, to the late James Spivey and Martha Richardson Spivey. On October 19, 1956, he was married to Margarette Spivey, who survives. He was a retired hi - lo driver in the automotive industry. Survivors include his wife: Margarette Spivey of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Dean H. Spivey of Las Vegas, NV; 3 Grandchildren: Corey Spivey of Sterling Heights, MI, Robert Spivey of Madison Heights, MI, and Lee Spivey of Selmar, OR; and 3 Great - Grandchildren: Bobby Spivey, Taylee Spivey, and Devin Spivey.
