Graveside services for Nicholus (Nick) Brown, 41, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, April 13, 2020, at the New Hope Cemetery in the New Hope community of Jackson County, TN. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. He passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020, at Standing Stone Health Care in Monterey, TN. He was born July 6, 1978, in Celina, TN, to Terry Reed Brown and Barbara Ann Hix. On July 17, 1999, he was married to Christina Dawn Compton Brown, who survives. He was a factory worker. Survivors include his Wife: Christina Dawn Compton Brown of Jasper, TN; 2 Daughters: Addison Brown of Jasper, TN, and Alexis Ragland of Cookeville, TN; his Father: Terry Reed Brown of Nashville, TN; his Mother: Barbara Ann (Ben) Hix of Gainesboro, TN; Sister: Jada (Derek) Woolbright of Cookeville, TN; Step Brothers: Chris (Ladonna) Hix of Livingston, TN, Steve Hix, Tony Hix, Eric Hix, and Mark Hix, all of Gainesboro, TN; Step Sister: Karen (Tootie) Petty; Nephews: Colton, Casen, and Carter Collier; Niece: Cheyenne Collier; and Special Cousin: Jason (Traci) Brown. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
