Funeral services for Mrs. Nannie J. Spivey, 90, of Maryville, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, March 24, 2011, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Leeville Cemetery in Wilson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3 P.M. - 9 P.M., and on Thursday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011, at her daughter's residence. She was born May 11, 1920, in Wilson County, TN, to the late Henry Mitchell Jones and Theo Lannam Jones. She was married to the late Malcolm H. Spivey. She was a homemaker, and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 4 Sons: James, George, Dale and Billy Spivey; 1 Daughter: Martha Spivey; 1 Grandson: Scott Siboloski; 4 Sisters; and 1 Brother. Survivors include 2 Sons: Robert Spivey of Gainesboro, TN and Jerry (Sue) Spivey of Rock Island, TN; 5 Daughters: Alice Beechboard (Doug) Hawkins of Hilham, TN, Dorothy (Gary) Kemp of Maryville, TN, Mildred (Doug) Bozek of Imlay City, MI, Thelma Siboloski of Imlay MI, and Edna (Joe) Scantland of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sisters: Betty Height and Ruth McNabb, both of Lebanon TN; 20 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren; and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
