Molene Holaway

Graveside services for Mrs. Molene Holaway, 86, of Whitleyville, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Mrs. Holaway passed away on Monday, January 14, 2008, at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. She was born February 9, 1921, in Jackson County, Tennessee, to the late James (Jim) and Lucy Allen Lee. On July 25, 1940, she was married to Luke Holaway, who survives. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Beech Grove Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Grandson: Chris Hollaway; 2 Brothers: Curtis Lee and Milton Lee; 3 Sisters: Nannie Byrd Sisco, Sally Gaines, and Irene Stafford; 1 Daughter-in-Law: Donna Hollaway; 1 Son-in-Law: Charles E. Jones; and 1 Great-Grandchild: J.E. Pippin. Survivors include her husband: Luke Holaway of Whitleyville, TN; 2 Sons : Buddie Hollaway of Gainesboro, TN, and Jr. (Dale) Hollaway of Whitleyville, TN; 1 Daughter: Rosa (David) Gore of Gainesboro, TN; 5 Grandchildren: Tammy (Tim) Stafford, and Danny Ray (Teresa) Jones, all of Whitleyville, TN; Carol Ann (Mike) Carr, and Linda Sue (Greg) Pippin, all of Baxter, TN; and Lisa Braddon of Sparta, TN; and 7 Great - Grandchildren: Heather, Eric, and Amber Stafford, Bethany and Alexis Jones, Lacey Pippin, and Justin Carr.
