Mildred Patriarca Wade

Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Patriarca Wade, 84, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Granville Cemetery in the Granville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 - 9 P.M., Tuesday from 3 - 8 P.M., and Wednesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mrs. Wade passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2007, at her daughter's residence in Lebanon, TN. She was born April 5, 1923, in Sandusky, Ohio, to the late Vincenzo and Anna Kathryne Yingling Patriarca. On March 25, 1943, she was married to the late Verble F. Wade, who passed away September 21, 2003. She was a housewife and a Christian. She was a grand lady - who leaves behind many that loved her. A brother, sisters, children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, loving son-in-laws, and very special nieces and nephews, as well as her countless friends. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Fred Lee Wade, and shortly after her death, her son Michael; 1 Daughter-in-Law: Linda L. Pippin Wade; 1 Son-in-Law: William Kenny Martin; and 3 Sisters: Mary Nearhood, Rebecca Jane Zook, and Electa Mace. Survivors include 2 Sons: Robert James Wade of Bloomington Springs, TN and Anthony Gean Wade of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Daughters: Frances Carol Poston Hoalcraft of Cookeville, TN, Sheila Ann Glover of Lebanon, TN, Linda Sue Bellamy of Brentwood, TN, and Pauline Wade Martin of Baxter, TN; 1 Brother: Vincenzo (Pete) Jr. Patriarca of Toledo, Ohio; 2 Sisters: Clarabell Frances Price of Cleveland, Ohio and Lillian Pettegrau of Cleveland, Ohio; 18 Grandchildren; 23 Great-Grandchildren; and several very special nieces and nephews. Bro. Todd Elliott and Bro. Rosco Kornegay will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Polly Wade Martin Cancer Fund.
