Funeral services for Mike Jones, 63, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Wednesday from 11 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born January 17, 1956, in Gainesboro, TN, to the late James E. "J.J." Jones and Elise Trisdale Jones. On January 14, 1978, he was married to Patricia Pigg Jones, who survives. He worked as an electrician and bio-med tech at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, and retired after 37 years of service there. He was a member of the Dudneys Hill Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Infant Sister: Patricia Gale Jones. Survivors include his Wife: Patricia Pigg Jones of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: J.W. (Ciara) Jones of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Grandchildren: Easton Jones and Autumn Jones; and 1 Sister: Debbie (Frankie) Hamlet of Gainesboro, TN. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Lakelan Barham and Sam Mainord will officiate at the services.
