Memorial Services for Michael L. Ragland, 49, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be conducted on Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 7 P.M. at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 P.M. until time of services. He was born September 14, 1965, in Jackson County, TN, to Faye Spivey Ragland and the late Coy L. Ragland. On June 30, 1986 he was married to Lisa Goolsby Ragland, who survives. He was a roller operator in highway construction. In addition to his Father, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Bill Walker; Maternal Grandparents: Otha and Viola Spivey; Paternal Grandparents: Herbert and Fronia Ragland; 1 Brother-in-law: David Forkum and His Father-in-law: Marlin Goolsby. Survivors include His Wife: Lisa Goolsby Ragland of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Michael Dustin Ragland of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Lacy Anna Ragland of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Granddaughter: Pippa Ragland; His Mother: Faye Spivey Ragland of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Sister: Linda Jackson of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Sister-in-law: Lori Forkum of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother-in-law: Donnie Harper of Gainesboro, TN; and His Mother-in-law: Emogene Goolsby of Gainesboro, TN. Several uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews, cousins, and many friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the service.
