Funeral services for Melissa Gail Stafford, 45, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, October 31, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. She was born February 6, 1964, in Jackson County, TN, to Billy B. and Helen Sue Stafford. She was a factory worker and a member of the Gospel Light Church in Gainesboro, TN. She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents: Jay and Ethel Stafford; and her Maternal Grandfather: Donald Stafford. Survivors include 1 Son: Josh Steward of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Lindsey Brooke and Erika Steward, both of Gainesboro, TN; her Parents: Billy B. and Helen Sue Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; her Maternal Grandmother: Betty Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Billy W. and Sandra Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Niece: Ashley Stafford; and 2 Nephews: Christopher and Tyler Jacob Stafford.
