Funeral services for Mrs. Meagan Suzanne Lang, 29, of Hilham, TN, will be held at 3 P.M. on Monday, June 25, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Lynn Cemetery in the Burristown community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 P.M. - 8 P.M. and on Monday from 1 P.M. until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born September 20, 1988, in Madison Heights, MI, to Arnold R. Trevathan and Lisa Trevathan. On March 7, 2015, she was married to Caleb Lang, who survives. She was a CNA with Avalon Hospice. She was active in the kindergarten Sunday School program at the River Community Church, and enjoyed photography and crafting. She also loved visiting Lake Superior. She loved and was loved by her family very much. She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather: Alfred Gunnari; Paternal Great Grandmother: Mildred Hooten; her Husband's Grandfather: Walter Lang; and her Husband's Great Grandmother: Eva Hoover. Survivors include her Husband: Caleb Lang of Hilham, TN; her Father: Arnold R. (Kathleen) Trevathan of Hilham, TN; her Mother: Lisa Trevathan of Calumet, MI; 1 Brother: John Trevathan of Calumet, MI; 1 Sister: Samantha Trevathan of Hilham, TN; Paternal Grandparents: Arnold D. Trevathan and Betty Lucille Trevathan; Maternal Grandmother: Arlene Gunnari; 1 Nephew: Kaiden Michael Lee Kent of Hilham, TN; Father-in-Law: Everett Lang; Mother-in-Law: Linda Lang; 4 Brothers-in-Law: Taylor Lang, Micah Lang, Peter Lang, and David Lang; 3 Sisters-in-Law: Esther (Joshua) Smith, Hannah Lang, and Martha Lang; Husband's Grandparents: John and Rosalie Hoover, and Jean Lang; and Godson: Caleb Allen. Steve Tiebout will officiate at the services. To honor Meagan, please wear your best purple attire. In lieu of flowers, pending implementation of Meagan's Memorial Adoption Endowment, donations can be made to Hannah's Cry, an adoption assistance program of The River Community Church. There will be a reception following the buiral held at The River Community Church auditorium. All are welcome to attend.
