Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Willie Brady, 88, of Hilham, TN, will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in the New Hope community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Thursday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Monday, November 3, 2014 at the Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. She was born July 28, 1926 in Overton County, TN, to the late John Thomas and Alta Mae Loftis Masters. On September 10, 1942, she was married to the late Vergil C. Brady, who passed away on March 23, 2005. She was a factory worker, and a member of the New Hope Community Church. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Hobert and Lester Masters; 2 Sisters: M.C. Nelson and Ila Allen; and 1 Daughter: Kathy Brady. Survivors include 3 Sons: S. Ray (Janie) Brady of Tullahoma, TN; Kenneth (Cindy) Brady of Johnson City, TN; and Roger (Pauletta) Brady of Allons, TN; 1 Daughter: Linda (Joe) Proffitt of Hilham, TN; 12 Grandchildren; and 23 Great Grandchildren.
