Funeral services for Martha Ellen Owens, 59, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, April 14, 2016, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born March 15, 1957, in Jeffersonville, IN, to the late Cleston Miracle and Nancy Lewandowski. She was married to the late Ricky Owens, who passed away April 5, 2016. She was a waitress. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Kathy Jo Miracle; 1 Brother: Cleston "Bob" Miracle; and her Stepfather: Peter Lewandowski. Survivors include 2 Sons: Timothy Martin of Crossville, TN, and Vernon Mendoza of Cookeville, TN; 1 Brother: Terry Miracle of Burkesville, KY; 2 Sisters: Ann Harczos of Chicago, IL, and Helen Lewandowski of Chicago, IL; and 10 Grandchildren.
