Marlene Sue McCarthy

Marlene Sue Jenkins McCarthy was born November 16, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland and she passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at her residence in Gainesboro at the age of 85.

She was the daughter of Jacob W. Jenkins and Eleanor Pletzer Jenkins.  She was a homemaker and attend Agape Worship Center in Livingston.

Preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Donna Cox; sisters, Betty Alfred and Patricia Jenkins.

Survived by sons, Tom (Stacy) McCarthy  of Gainesboro and Paul (Chris) McCarthy  of Merritt Island, FL; grandchildren, Ryan, John, Allison and Taylor; 7 great grandchildren also survive along with other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life will be on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 2 pm at Agape Worship Center located at 882 County House Road in Livingston, TN 38570.
