Mark Kriebel

Mark Kriebel was born August 27, 1955, in Homestead, FL, and he passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at his residence in Granville, TN, at the age of 67.

He was the son of the late Frank Kelly Kriebel and Janet Elanor Wegmann Kriebel. On December 3, 1981, he was married to Shelia Kriebel, who survives. He worked as a pyrotechnician, and was a member of the Engrafted Word Church in Cookeville, TN. He was retired from the Nameless Volunteer Fire Department, and a founding member of the Jackson County Fire Department.

Survivors include his Wife: Shelia Kriebel of Granville, TN; Sons: Jason Kibby of Lafayette, GA, and Job (Brandi) Kriebel of Cookeville, TN; Daughter: Rayn (Richard) Galloway of Granville, TN; Sisters: Terri Kriebel of West Palm Beach, FL, Nancy Kriebel of Granville, TN, and Nansea Taylor of Cape Cod, MA; and Grandchildren: Jeremia Galloway, Ian Kibby, Scarlett Kibby, Karrissa Duke, and Carington Duke.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 6 P.M. at the Engrafted Word Church, located at 5 W Broad Street in Cookeville, TN. Pastor Christopher McMichael will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 5 P.M. – 6 P.M. at the church. The family has chosen cremation.
