Funeral services for Mrs. Margie A. Jenkins, 69, of Whitleyville, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Sunday, December 6, 2015, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Clark Cemetery in Whitleyville, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 A.M. to 9 P.M., and on Sunday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born September 2, 1946, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Fay Stafford and Lorene Stafford. On November 1, 1969, she was married to the late Kenneth Raybon Jenkins, who passed away June 5, 1997. She was a housewife, and a member of the Beech Grove Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Douglas Stafford; and 1 Sister: Vanessa Stafford. Survivors include 2 Sons: Michael (Kellie) Jenkins of Whitleyville, TN, and Kenneth (Varonda) Jenkins of Lafayette, TN; 3 Grandsons: Travis (Michaela) Jenkins, Tyler Jenkins, and Trevor Jenkins; 3 Great Grandchildren: Kayla Jenkins, Trenton Jenkins, and Keeley Jenkins; 1 Brother: Timmy Stafford of Red Boiling Springs, TN; and several nieces and nephews. Bro. David Sisco will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to help with funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
