Margaret Lovetta Smith-Williams

Margaret Lovetta Smith-Williams was born on April 29, 1963 in Jackson County, TN and she passed away at her residence in Cookeville on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at the age of 59. She was the daughter of Marion Overton Smith and Lora Hazel Mea Smith. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by parents, brothers, Floyd and Jr. Smith; sisters, Eunice Hall, Mae Ella Pharris, Jo Poston and Vera Brown. Survivors include her husband, Timothy Williams; sons: Nathan F. Williams and John P. Williams both of Cookeville; daughter Sherri (Bernard) Frazier of Cookeville; brother Jack Smith of Gainesboro; sisters, Betty Smith of Livingston, Joyce Boles of Allons and Eva Nell Fox of Gainesboro; grandchildren, Collin Ellis, Austin (Destiny) Ellis, Trinity Smith, Isiah Frazier, Nydarius Frazier, Enslee; great-grandchildren, Jadelynn Ellis, Aspen Ellis. Visitation will be on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 4 to 8 pm and on Saturday, 12 noon to 2 pm. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Peek Cemetery in the Harmony community. Pallbearers will be Collin Ellis, Austin Ellis, Trinity Smith, Isiah Frazier, Nydarius Frazier and Zachary Kany In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society by contacting the funeral home.
