Memorial services for Mr. Mack Jones 71, of Smithville, TN, will be held at 4 P.M. on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 P.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016, at his residence. He was born February 24, 1945, in Jackson County, TN, to the late John D. Jones and Hallis Locke Jones. He was married to Lena Locke Jones, who survives. He was a factory worker in the automotive industry. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his Parents: John D. Jones and Hallis Locke Jones; 1 Daughter: Jamie Renee Jones; 2 Brothers: Ray and Clay Jones and 1 Sister: Shirley Mathis. Survivors include his Wife: Lena Locke Jones of Smithville, TN; 1 Daughter: Beth Herren of Cookeville, TN; 2 Sisters: Patricia Hale of Double Springs, TN and Marie Reece of Granville, TN and 6 Grandchildren.
