Funeral services for Mrs. Mable Irene Stafford, 71, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Wednesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2010, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born April 30, 1938, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Averette and Hazel Lee Stafford. She was married to the late Roger Stafford. She was a factory worker, and a member of the Dudney's Hill Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Eddie Lewis Stafford. Survivors include 1 Son: Roger Stafford, Jr. of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Ralph Stafford of Donelson, TN; 2 Sisters: Faye Reeves of Nashville, TN, and Brenda Stafford of Old Hickory, TN; and 2 Brothers-in-law & 3 Sisters-in-law: Ray and Bunie Stafford, Eugene and Margaret Stafford, and Brina Hammock.
