Lula Gragg Terry

Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Gragg Terry, 84, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, May 14, at the Paran United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Paran Cemetery in Overton County. The family will receive friends Saturday at the church from 1 P.M. - 2 P.M. Mrs. Terry passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2005, at the Mabry Health Care and Rehab Center in Gainesboro, TN. She was born May 28, 1920, in Putnam County to the late Ernest Gragg and Linnie Bilbrey Gragg. On September 6, 1942, she was married to the late Woodford Terry, who passed away on February 21, 1995. Mrs. Terry was an office manager for Kramer Shoe Store. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Oak Ridge, TN, a volunteer at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, and a former secretary of the Oak Ridge Women's Club. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Anna Roberson and Mabel Gragg; 1 Brother: Hubert Gragg; 1 Nephew: Thomas Gragg; and 1 Niece: Juanita Railey. 1 Son and Daughter-in-Law: David Philip and Joanne Terry of Signal Mountain, TN; 1 Daughter and Son-in-Law: Nancy and Lee Richardson of Gainesboro, TN; and 4 Grandchildren: Jennifer (Josh) Terry Boutwell, Dana Terry, Elliot Richardson, and Graham Richardson. Rev. Chris Haynes will officiate at the services.
