Lucille York Sutton

Graveside services and interment for Mrs. Lucille York Sutton, 91, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 - 9 P.M. and on Wednesday from 12 noon - 1:30 P.M. at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mrs. Sutton passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2006, at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. She was born May 23, 1915, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Billy York and Lena Stafford York. She was a supervisor at Heavy Duty Manufacturing Company for many years, and a member of the Gainesboro Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Infant Brother; and 3 Sisters: Lassie Ragland, Reba Bowman, and Marcus York Pippin. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Jane Sutton Westmoreland of Celina, TN; 1 Granddaughter: Penny Robinson of Boston, Massachusetts; and 1 Sister: Aline Richardson of Gainesboro, TN.
