Funeral services for Mr. Loyd Taylor Clark, 85, of Baxter, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, October 16, 2015, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Granville Cemetery in Granville, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at his residence. He was born December 18, 1929, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Walter Clark and Willie Clark. On March 11, 1950, he was married to Jewel Brown Clark, who survives. He was a farmer, and a member of the Baxter Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Joy Clark; and 2 Brothers: James Clark and Charles Clark. Survivors include his Wife: Jewel Brown Clark of Baxter, TN; 1 Son: Robbie (Bridgett) Clark of Lascassas, TN; 1 Daughter: Sandra (Billy) King of Smyrna, TN; 5 Grandchildren: Tonya Walls, Archie Clark, Matthew Clark, Jennifer Whitt, and Tracy Deocales; 9 Great Grandchildren: Lauren, Owen, Eli, Lance, Jessica, Madison, Kayla, Aubrey, and Ava; and 1 Sister: Amanda Mathis of Double Springs, TN. Nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Rodney Mathis and Gary Davidson will officiate at the services.
