Funeral services for Lora Pippin, 79, of the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John Young Cemetery in the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born March 19, 1941, in Detroit, MI, to the late Bedford Clinton and Savannah Clinton. She was married to the late Henry Pippin. She was a factory worker, and a member of the Cummins Mill Baptist Church. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Roger Pippin. Survivors include 2 Sons: Steve (Rhonda) Pippin of Cookeville, TN, and Scottie (Krystal Goolsby) Pippin of Cookeville, TN; 2 Daughters: Tammy Pippin and Tina (Ronnie Curtis) Netherton, all of Cookeville, TN; 1 Sister: Gertie Maxwell of Cincinnati, OH; Grandchildren: Stephanie (Brad) Anderson, Stephen Daniel Pippin, Samantha (Clint) Connor, Jaime (Jimmy) Henson, Jacqulyn Medlin, Jennifer Pippin, Kaitlynn Pippin, Rick Mayberry, Christopher Mayberry, Cayla Raines, Patrick Netherton, Lora Netherton, Ashley Netherton, Justin Pippin (Sydney Goodnight), Brooke (Scott) Huddleston, Briley Goolsby, and Karleigh Goolsby; 35 Great Grandchildren; and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Rev. Bill Haney and Stephen Daniel Pippin will officiate at the services.
