Funeral services for Mr. Lonnie Hammock 57, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Stacy Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11 A.M. to 8 P.M. and on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He was born May 20, 1959, in Noblesville, Indiana, to the late Bro. Hubert M. Hammock and Ardie Dillon Hammock. He worked as an upholsterer in a furniture factory. He was a member of the Freewill Holiness Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Averdale Hammock and 1 Brother: James Hammock. Survivors include 2 Sons: Dereck Hammock and Daniel Hammock; 1 Daughter: Brandy Hopper; 2 Brothers: Ulis (Pauline) Hammock and Truman (Glenda) Hammock and 5 Sisters: Truzine Phy, Jean Anderson, Thelma Barlow, Willadean Isaacs, and Betty Coffman; and 5 Grandchildren.
