Funeral services for Lisa Faye Sims, 45, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015, in Gainesboro, TN. She was born April 2, 1969, in Jackson County, TN, to Ray Heady and the late Gloria Ann Stafford Heady. She was a patient care associate at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, and a member of the Dudneys Hill Church of Christ. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents: Lester and Bertha Heady; and her Maternal Grandparents: Houston and Vivian Stafford. Survivors include 2 Daughters: Haley Rhea Sims and Kiara Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; her Father: Ray Heady of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Sister: Laura Adams of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Nieces: Deidre Miller and Lauren Wangler, both of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Nephew: Derek Miller of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Great Niece: Joleigh Miller of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Aunt: Faye Goolsby of Cookeville, TN. Bro. Sam Mainord will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to help with funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
