Funeral services for Linda Gail Ragland Shuffler, 63, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, November 29, 2013, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born July 28, 1950, in Jackson County, TN, to the late George William and Lassie York Ragland. On December 20, 1983, she was married to Larry D. Shuffler, who survives. She was a restaurant worker, and a member of the Tiger Creek First Freewill Baptist Church in Roan Mountain, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Sisters and 1 Brother-in Law: Kathy Bain and Daffo and Marvin Franklin and 1 Brother and Sister-in-law: Eddie and Linda Ragland. Survivors include Husband: Larry D. Shuffler of Cookeville, TN; 2 Brothers: Charles Ragland and wife, Sue of Gainesboro, TN and Bill Ragland of Cookeville, TN; 1 Brother-in-law: James Bain of Cookeville, TN Rev. Matthew Guy and Rev.
