Linda "Carolyn" Rodgers

Linda Carolyn Rodgers was born May 18, 1947 in Putnam County, TN and she passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 76.

She was the daughter of Tish Denson.  Mrs. Rodgers was a homemaker and member of the Bloomington Springs Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her mother, husband, Harvey Eugene Rodgers who passed away March 28, 2010; grandchildren Austin Elrod, Jamie Rodgers and Amanda Sutherland.

Survivors include her son, Ricky (Christina) Rodgers of Bloomington Springs, daughters, Vickie (Jack) Loftis of Bloomington Springs,  Shelia (Ronnie) Hammock of Baxter and Beverly Elrod of Bloomington Springs; brothers, Steve (Patricia) Denson of Baxter and Dewey (Joan) Denson of Baxter; 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren along with other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday, 11 am to 2 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm on Monday, December 11, 2023 with Pastor James Bowlin officiating.  Burial will follow in Rodgers Cemetery located on Bryant Ridge Rd in Baxter, TN.
