Funeral services for Mrs. Letha Faye Casteel, 57, of the Harmony community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, June 4, at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mrs. Casteel passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born June19, 1947, in Franklin Furnace, Ohio, to Bill & Faye VanHorn. On December 13, 1968, she was married to Fred Casteel, who survives. Mrs. Casteel was an LPN, and a member of the Richmond Chapel Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Shirley Ann Evans. Survivors include her husband: Fred Casteel of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Daughters and 2 Sons-in-Law: Nancy Schwarz of Cookeville, TN; Kim & Josh Pigg and Angie & Zeplen Anders, all of Gainesboro, TN; her parents: Bill & Faye VanHorn of Dayton, Ohio; 1 Brother: Johnny VanHorn of Dayton, Ohio; 5 Grandchildren: Brian (Kim) Schwarz, Darren Anders, Andrew Anders, LaTosha Meadows, & Nolan Meadows; 2 Great-Grandchildren: Sierra Sircy and Brian Schwarz II; 1 Nephew: Rick Evans; 1 Niece: Robyn Mustang; and 1 Great-Nephew: Mikey Mustang.
