Graveside services for Mr. Leland H. Fox, 66, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, August 8, 2014, at the Byers Cemetery in the Center Grove community of Jackson County, TN. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. He passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at his residence. He was born January 5, 1948, in Flat Rock, MI, to the late Herbert B. Fox and Ruthie Frances Fox. On July 12, 1969, he was married to Nancy Welch Fox, who survives. He was a maintenance worker in Putnam County Schools. Survivors include his Wife: Nancy Welch Fox of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Leann (G.W.) Fox Walker of Cookeville, TN; 3 Granddaughters: Britin Walker, Mayce Walker, and Daleigh Walker; and 4 Brothers: Charles Lewis and Edna Fox and John and Lois Fox, all of Bloomington Springs, TN, Mitchel and Margaret Fox of Cookeville, TN, and David and Joan Fox of Gainesboro, TN.
