Larry R. Trott

Mr. Larry R. Trott, 52, of Granville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. The family has chosen cremation. Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 11 A.M. at the Granville United Methodist Church in Granville, TN. Interment of cremains will follow the service at the Granville Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Granville United Methodist Church from 10 A.M. until time of the service He was born July 9, 1963, in Annapolis, Maryland, to Stella Westburg and the late Preston Trott. He was married to Christy Megan Trott, who survives. He was a self-employed construction contractor. He was a member of the Granville United Methodist Church in Granville, TN. He enjoyed volunteering and helping with all Granville events. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Roger Allen Trott. Survivors include his Wife: Christy Meghan Trott of Granville, TN; Mother: Stella Wesburg of Delaware; Step-Mother: Selma Cantler or Gainesboro, TN; 3 Brothers: Richard Trott, Douglas Trott, and Donald Trott all of Maryland; 7 Nephews: Rusty Trott, Donnie Trott, Ricky Trott, Tony Trott, Kit Young, Brandon Boop, and Corey Taylor; and 2 Nieces: Haley Sullivan and Courtney Taylor. Other relatives and friends also survive. Honorary pallbearers will be Granville Museum Volunteers, the Granville United Methodist Church family, David Poarche, and Steve Gardner. Bro.
