Larry Dale Gentry

Larry Dale Gentry was born November 24, 1961 in Cookeville, TN and he passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 62.

He was the son of Arlow Gentry and Anna Ruth Mabe Gentry.  He was a factory worker and member of the Burristown Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife, Debra Gentry who passed away December 12, 2016 and sister, Linda Ellington.

Survived by his daughter, Tara (Joey) Stephens of Baxter; brother, Steve (Debe) Gentry of Cookeville; sister, Darlene Overstreet of Cookeville; grandchildren, Wade Stephens and Addison Stephens and his dachshund Molly who he loved and adored.

Visitation will be on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, 4 to 9 pm and Friday 12 pm to 2 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Friday, November 8, 2024 in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Scott officiating.  Burial will follow in Lynn Cemetery.
