Mr. Larry Charles Storms, 68, of Cookeville, TN, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. The family has chosen cremation. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 4 P.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints at 981 South Walnut Avenue, Cookeville, TN. He was born May 11, 1948, in Lockport, NY, to the late Charles Henry Storms and Leona Elsie Storms Hawke. On December 7, 2006, he was married to Wilma Sue Storms, who survives. He was a retired EMT, and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Cova EMS, Lyndonville NY Volunteer Fire Company, and Auxiliary Police of Lockport, NY. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Edward Storms; and his Wife: Sara Storms. Survivors include his Wife: Wilma Sue Storms of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son: Michael Storms of Pendleton, NY; 3 Daughters: Jacklyn Lee Wilson of Riverside, CA, Tammy Sue (Allen) Schwarz of Elgin, SC, and Cathy Ann Storms of Hilton, NY; 1 Step-Son: Brandon Taylor of Lavergne, TN; 4 Step-Daughters: Sue Ann (Michael D.) Flatt of Sparta, TN; Chrystal Christian of Sparta, TN; Kimberly (Michael) Hall of Petros, TN; Tiffany Glasscock of Cookeville, TN; 23 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild; 1 Brother: Jeffrey Jay Storms of Lockport, NY; and 1 Sister: Barbara Ellen Storms of Grand Island, NY.
