Funeral services for Landon H. Taylor, 81, of the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John Young Cemetery in the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN. Bro.Mike Fox will officiate the service. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Wednesday from 11 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born January 26, 1939, in Jackson County, TN, to the late John William Taylor and Rhoda Violet Netherton Taylor. On June 29, 1963, he was married to Reba Ann Haney Taylor, who survives. He was a furniture factory worker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 Brothers: James Taylor, Rulon Netherton, Grover Taylor, and Wilburn Taylor. Survivors include his Wife: Reba Ann Haney Taylor of Cookeville, TN; 4 Sons: Phillip Wayne Taylor of Gainesboro, TN, Timmy Ray Taylor of Gainesboro, TN, Danny Stephen Taylor of Cookeville, TN, and Michael Landon Taylor of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Audrey Lynn York of Cookeville, TN; 3 Brothers: Virgil Taylor of Jackson County, TN, Joe Lee Taylor of Cookeville, TN, and Mack Arthur Taylor of MI; 3 Sisters: Anna Mae Netherton of Cookeville, TN, Judy Spears of Sparta, TN, and Opal Mahan of Sparta, TN; Grandchildren: Addy, John Curtis, Bethanie, and Hunter; and Great Grandchild: Gazelle.
