He passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020, in Brunswick, GA. He was born October 15, 1976, in Gainesboro, TN, to Troy R. Stafford and the late Lily Mae Stafford. He was a factory worker. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Katelyn Loftis; his Father: Troy R. Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Brother: Danny R. Stafford of Texas. Bro. Randy Heady will officiate at the services.
