Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth R. Luck, 81, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Scott - Red Hill Cemetery in the Fairview community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 P.M. to 9 P.M., and on Tuesday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016, at his residence. He was born September 16, 1934, in Calhoun, KY, to the late Richard Luck and Iola Luck. On May 4, 1952, he was married to Frances Scott Luck, who survives. He was a carpenter and ordained minister in the New South Conference for 40 years. He was a member of the Free Methodist Organization. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Vicki Luck Keen; 1 Sister: Jeneva Miller; and 1 Brother: Bill Luck. Survivors include his Wife of 63 years: Frances Scott Luck of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Sons: Kenneth (Donna) Luck, Jr. of Owensboro, KY, David (Jane) Luck of Rock Island, TN, and Ronald Luck of Scottsville, KY; 1 Son-in-Law: Tony Keen of Westmoreland, TN; 1 Sister: Freeda Lyons of Danville, KY; 14 Grandchildren; several Great Grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren.
