Kenneth Edward Peterson was born January 12, 1955, in Putnam County, TN and passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Kenneth was the son of David Peterson and Jewell Hale Peterson. He was married for 47 years to the love of his life Pamela Diane Peterson.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include wife: Pamela Peterson of Gainesboro, TN; daughters: Brandi (Randy) Bean of Gainesboro, TN, Christy Summers of Texas; son -in- law: Harold Smith; Sister: Ruth Peterson of Mississippi; grandchildren: Grayson (Kaylee) Smith, Brady Smith, Kelsie (Ethan) Deakins; great grandchildren: Carter Richardson, Kynlee Smith, Baylor Deakins; mother and father-in-law: Raymond (Louise) Haney.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 4 pm to 8 pm and Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 11am to 1 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday April 2, 2025, at 1 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. John Mayberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Young Cemetery in the Center Grove Community.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made towards his funeral expense by contacting the funeral home.
