Memorial services for Kelly R. Spurlock, 43, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 3 P.M. on Friday, November 26, 2010, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2010, at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. He was born November 19, 1967, in Jackson County, TN, to Donny Ray Spurlock and the late Mary Frances Kelley. He was a carpenter and roofer, and was affiliated with the Church of Christ. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents: Jim Ray Spurlock and Grace Anderson Spurlock; and his Maternal Grandparents: Raymond and Edith Marie Kelley. Survivors include 3 Sons: Matthew Spurlock, Dylan Spurlock, and Drake Spurlock, all of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Bethany Spurlock of Gainesboro, TN; his Father: Donny Ray Spurlock of Baxter, TN; 1 Brother: Donny Dewayne Spurlock of Baxter, TN; 1 Grandchild: Allibeth Spurlock of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Aunt: Sue Jones of Gainesboro, TN. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Spurlock family by contacting the funeral home.
