Keith Maynard

Roger Keith Maynard was born June 17, 1968 in Avery County, NC and he passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 53. Keith was the son of Richard D. Maynard and Frances Jeanette Estep Maynard. He married Darla Stafford Maynard on October 16, 2004 having just celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary. He was of Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife, Darla Maynard of Gainesboro, sons, Eli Maynard of Gainesboro, Dustin Maynard and Josh Maynard both of North Carolina; brothers, Rick and Scott Maynard both of Cookeville; sisters, Connie Maynard and Sandy Litton both of Cookeville; mother, Frances Maynard of Cookeville and 1 grandchild. Visitation will be on Monday, October 18, 2021, 4 to 8 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home again on Tuesday 10 am till 2:30 pm. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 2:30 pm in the Chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Dr. Jim McAfee officiating. Burial will follow in West Cemetery in Putnam County.
