Funeral services for Mrs. Kathryn L. Anderson, age 68, a resident of the Burristown community of Jackson County, TN, will be held Monday, March 17, 2008, at 1 P.M. at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Lynn Cemetery in the Burristown community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 A.M. - 9 P.M., Sunday from 1 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mrs. Anderson passed away on Friday, March 14, 2008, at her residence. She was born August 7, 1939, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Fred and Etta Harris Buck. On May 7, 1955, she was married to Joe Winel Anderson, who survives. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Burristown Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Billy Anderson; 2 Daughters: Joann Anderson and Brenda Anderson Heady; 1 Granddaughter: Stacy Anderson; and 1 Brother: Hershel Buck. Survivors include her Husband: Joe Winel Anderson of the Burristown community of Jackson County; 1 Son and 2 Daughters-in-Law: Wayne and Pam Anderson of Gainesboro, TN, and Kim Anderson Scantland of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter and Son-in-Law: Linda and Bruce Hawkins of Gainesboro, TN; 6 Grandchildren: Holly, Shaun, and Shannon Anderson; Nicki, Shalene, and Cameron Hawkins; 2 Great- Grandchildren: Madison Stone and Rylee Anderson; 2 Brothers: Ray Buck of Springfield, OH, and Ralph Buck of Georgia; and 2 Sisters: Thelma Lackey of Gainesboro, TN, and Mary Risner of Bakersfield, CA.
